penat..

dlm tgh hr aku b'tolak blk..Pastu aku singgah di hentian tapah utk bli buah jambu batu yg dikirim oleh angah dan juga aku bli jambu air utk mama dan papa..Mula2 aku ingat sempatla aku b'buka di hentian rehat jejantas,sg buloh..x sempat gak.Last2 aku bli air dan org umah bli dunkin donnut.. Pas buka aku terus besit nak kejar mkn kat hentian rehat jejantas..Sampai sana aku mkn sate hj. Samuri..Pastu aku trs menuju ke kedai mancing utk past jambu batu yang dipesan oleh angah....

Semasa di hentian rehat kecil..Sementara menunggu waktu berbuka, sempat la lagi aku snap 2-3 keping gambar...Sebnrnya masa nie aku pun x tau buka kul baper..Yang aku tau kat kawasan perak nie dlm kul 7.30pm...Tp utk kepastian aku tgkla org2 islam yg dok kat pondok2 tu...Hehehe...Kalau diaorg semua mkn, maknanya dah masuk waktu la tu......

Hah, akhirnya sampai gak aku di hentian rehat jejantas sg, buluh dan sate hj. samuri dah menanti kedatang kami berdua....Hehhehehe......Tp yg x seronoknya time nie mood org umah aku terganggu sbb diserang sakit kepala......Walau mcm ner pun aku ttp mkn beberapa cucuk sate dan yg lebih tu aku bungkus utk bawak blk......

hari hr sabtu aku dgn org umah aku blk kg perak sbb opah org umah aku sakit..Gerak dlm kul 11am dan sampai kul 2ptg..sampai sana aku pie town utk cr bj raya.Thn nie tema aku warna tequose..Pastu trs singgah di bazar utk bli juadah b'buka..So lps buka n solat,aku trs tdo sbb aku dh lembik sgt2..

Nie la si comel- si comel..semua nie kira sepupu aku la kot....Heheheheeh.......

Member dtg la.....

Ntah mcm ner tah, tba2 member lama dan rapat aku 'Ismawi' / 'Mawi' dtg ker kedai mancing udang aku.... Huh....lama gak la dia dok sembang2 dgn aku sampai la aku terlupa nak bakar udang utk dia....Hehehehehe......Kalau x salah aku dekat kul 2am br la dia blk....

Berbuka di Nando's SACC....

Semlm aku dgn org umah aku plan nak buka puasa di luar...Ada 3 tempat dicadangkan.. Station Kopitiam(Alam Sentral), Kenny Roggers(Alam Sentral) dan Nando's (SACC)...... So aku dgn org umah aku pilih Nando's.... Blk kerja dah lewat sbb kesesakan lalu lintas di bulatan sen.15, bulatan UiTM so aku x der blk umah dulu..Aku terus ketempat yg dirancangkan dan buat boking table serta order menu dan bayar...Lps selesai semua tu, aku blk umah jap utk mandi2....Dlm kul 6.45pm aku gerak blk ker SACC...

sementara menunggu waktu berbuka, aku dgn org umah aku tgk2 la barang yang ada dijual di ruang legar SACC termasuklah baju raya....Heehehhe..


kalau dah wanita, mmg x tinggal utk masuk ke dlm kedai kasut 'VINCCI'.....

Kejutan.... 18 Ogos 2009

Hari nie 18 Ogos 2009 iailah hari lahirku yang genap 25 thn....Pagi td aku seperti biasa kuar minum bersama rakan se office aku iaitu en. ramlan/kakang, en.khizir dan en. haji bujang di restoran Rafi Bistro sec. 18...So ble aku blk ker office jer aku tgk ada something bungkusan... trs jer kawan office aku menyampaikan pesaan yang berbunyi " Kek nie dr Isteri kau...Dia wish Happy Birthday....Oooo..Rupanya bungkusan tu adalah kek.....Tp seblm tu org umah aku dah wish kat aku se awal pagi lagi...Kalau x silap aku dlm kul 5am lbh la....Dan di ikuti parents aku..... Nk dijadikan cerita, kat office aku nie ada yang lahir dkt dgn tarikh lahir aku...Tp dia awal 2 hr iaitu 16 ogos.. Iaitu Pn. Fauziah Hashim.....So aku amik kesempatan la potong kek sama2 dgn dia...Happy Birthday 2 u kak G.....Hehehehheee..... Thanks sayang.....Mmmmuahhhhh...................

Take a Warm Shower: Since taking a cold shower in the morning can help wake mind and soul, a warm shower in the evening would logically help sedate the body and relax the mind. While this is certainly true on a superficial level, a warm shower goes much deeper when helping us fight insomnia. The science of nocturnal sleep cycles, shows that people sleep deeper when their bodies are relatively cool, compared to their surrounding environment. By taking a warm shower before we head to bed, we are increasing the temperature difference between the environment surrounding us and our bodies, which leads to an overall faster cooling and deeper sleep. Also, a warm shower relaxes the muscles after a hard day's work and gets us comfortably clean.

Eat a Banana: After showering but before brushing your teeth, eating a light snack that is high in tryptophan helps your body biologically get ready for bed. Tryptophan is an amino acid found in bananas and dairy products, the chemical converts to melatonin and serotonin within the body, which in turn encourages sleep. Knowing this, some banana covered in yoghurt and topped with granola is an excellent bedtime treat which is loaded with tryptophan. Likewise, the classic glass of milk also shows some merit as a sleep inducer.

Clear the Mind: If your mind is still racing after you've gotten under the covers, try literally slowing it down. Start with the thought that's already in your head and force yourself to repeat it over and over and over again, making it more drawn out each time. Also, try visualising whatever's in your mind as being on a blackboard, then mentally wipe your thoughts away. Finally, make sure to turn your alarm clock away from you so your mind is not preoccupied with trying to calculate how much sleep you've lost so far.

As stated before, these three instant techniques are not meant to replace proper professional help for chronic insomnia. However, for those of us who suffer occasional bouts of sleeplessness, and for those times when we simply cannot adhere to a regimen, performing all of these steps will almost always mean sweet dreams within moments. The faster you fall asleep today, the more time there is to spend on tomorrow!

Alhamdulillah..

Nama org umah aku br sahaja dipanggil kepentas utk menerima skrol.. Pastu perut aku tba2 lapar..Hehehehe..

Ha....sampai pun org umah aku.....


Tangisan gembira....
Kalau x salah aku, masa nie nak pie ker studio gambar utk bergambar bersama family....Harganya pun not bad la.....

Diruangan menunggu....Sempat lagi kita org bergambar....So tba2 nama aku dipanggil utk bergambar didlm studio...Kalam kabut.....Hahahahhahhaaa......


Time la nama aku dipanggil......Dah mcm ada degawan la plak gambar nie......

Hr nie awal2 pg aku,org umah dan mama aku dh siap utk pie UPM sbb org umah aku konvo.. Berjaya memiliki segulung Ijazah Master.... Sementara tu, mertua dan adik ipar aku tunggu di depan dewan..
